It is livewallpaperso you can't open the app, you will need to follow theinstructionabove in order to set thewallpaper. Also slower/older devices (shipped withAndroid OSbelow 2.1) can't run it too, currently it has been tested on Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 7 and SamsungGalaxy S3soany mobiledevices that is equivalent to them should run fine.
If you have put the app on SDcardand restarted the phone, thewallpaperwill reset to default since the system couldn't find the app first.
